The story of Tamtir Agarbathi begins in the lush farmlands of Karnataka, where Shri Abhay Kumar Hibare has spent over 15 years cultivating aromatic grasses and plants — lemongrass, palmarosa, geranium, and citronella — and distilling them into pure essential oils.
What started as a passion for farming and essential oil production soon evolved into something deeper. In January 2016, his son Shri Uday Kumar Hibare founded Tamtir Agarbathi, combining his father's decades of agricultural expertise with the sacred art of incense making.
Today, Tamtir Agarbathi proudly offers a wide range of premium, handcrafted agarbathi — from the timeless fragrance of Sandalwood and Rose to the invigorating aroma of Lemon Grass and the sacred smoke of Loban and Guggul. Each stick is infused with essential oils distilled right on our own farms.
